Henry Simmons Jun.r. presented the
within cirtificate to this Committee on the 20th
of the 5th Month 1796, Since which (save some
time spent on a visit to his relations) he has
been acceptably and steadily engaged in the ser-
vice of the Concern under our direction, and
at our last Meeting expressing an apprehension
that he was released therefore requested a few lines
to you. The Clerk was directed to endorse a
copy of this Minute on his Cirtificate and sign
the same on behalf of this Committee. Extract
