The Sub Committee reviving the subject
of the Gore of land in the Oneida South Settlement


which still occasions anxiety to the Indians, it
was concluded to place it under the care of the a
Committee & Thomas Eddy, Saml. Parsons &
John Murray were appointed to the service.

The Committee appointed in 12 mo 1813 to
procure a friend or family reside amongst
the Oneidas

& for other objects stated in the
Minute of their appointment not being prepared
to report are continued & desired to give such
attention thereto as may enable them to report
at our next Meeting; & Ja. Mott was at his
request released & Matthew Franklin added to
