Notes: Samuel Test's birth is recorded at Salem (NJ) Monthly Meeting in 1774. He married contrary to discipline in 1796 but was reinstated in 1801 when his wife, Sarah, became a member. They were granted a certificte to Miami Monthly Meeting in Ohio in 1805. Added to BYM Indian Committee in 1808.
