our spirits, & a living travel was experi-
enced, that as the time was nearly
approach’d when we expected to part,
ancient goodness might be near to them
that stay’d, to comfort, strengthen &
preserve in their lonely cottage, & ar-
duous undertaking; which considering
the many favours we have experienced
since we sat out on the present busi-
ness there was no cause to doubt, but
as they were truly watchful, & atten-
tive on their part, would still be
