Grandfather, again, Liten
I am glad to find that you have still re-
tain our talk which was passed between us at Philadelphia
when we saw each other there about four years ago, at
which time I took hold of your hand and direct you to my
fire place, Which invitation all our Chiefs with our young
Men do now renew, I spread this unnuhkon, or mat, wide
on which I put you, Likewise there pillows to Lay your Head
then I Stretch forth my hand to your fire place, and roll
your matt which you used to set on, I spread it over on the
other matt, which I just now made ready for you, that you
may feel more easy & comfortable, here you can cook what
you Please, and at night you can Lay Down to rest, and dr-
eam about the welfare of your old Men, Women, and Chil-
dren, in the morning you can get up & promote the same.

Grandfather
Lastly I let you know that I put a broom
by the side of this fire place, so that whenever you feel some
thing hard on this bed, then we shall use this broom to
swap of every thing, that nothing may interrupt our
rest.
