see his folly, and disadvantage
by it, and be disposed to comply
with the Articles of this Agree-
ment, he or they shall be ad-
mitted, by signing the aforesaid
agreement to enjoy equal pri-
vileges with the others.

5th. Public meetings shall
be free and open, the Sachems
and Chiefs of the Nation shall
be respected and obeyed in all
the good Counsels they give.

6th. If any of the members
of the Union be in distress, his
Business is to inform his Situ-
ation to the principle men,
and he shall be afforded all pos-
sible Relief.
