Gilham’s 12 miles, where we
left our horses, & went over to
John Taylor’s & got our dinner,
then to the meeting hosue, where
we met with most of the men
professors likely to constitute that
meeting, I think I may say it
was a time of renew’d favour,
many minds were tendered, &
the difficulties treated on in
such a manner that they
appear’d to be remov’d to gene-
ral satisfaction, the work agree’d
to be prosecuted, & the time fix’d
for going on with it. We
felt well satisfied we had giv’n
up to attend, & friends ex-
