Brothers,

We must desire you
to have patience with us, if we
don’t do every Thing you ex-
pect, all at once: for if we settle
any Body amongst you, we know
they must be good Men, or else
they may do you more hurt than
good; and we must wait ‘till such
offer of their own free Will, to come
and live amongst you, out of Love
to you, and by the Moving of the
good Spirit in their own Heart
for good Men, such as would do
you good are not to be bought with
Money, nor hired to come amongst
you, without they feel this good
Spirit enfluencing them there.
