Settlement, answered that he
thought it best to wait, and see
our progress with their eastern
Brethren, before they received us.

After this Conference, hearing
of some people who were called
by our name a few miles back
of this place, we concluded to
go and see them; and if conve-
nient, rest ourselves a Day or
