being but few of them present,
we closed the Council, after having
obtained the following
Information,
viz. That they consist of about
13 Families, between
50 and
60 Individuals, who live on this
Reservation; They have
near
four Thousand Acres of Land; we
think not of quite so good
a
Quality as where we have been
before; they have 2300
Dollars
a year coming in from the State
of New-York, besides
their
Share of the Gratuity from
General Government to the
Six Nations
