made us a short Speech, ex-
pressive of their Satisfaction
with this opportunity; and
our Business in general; among
them; Observing that all the
Time we had been amongst
them we had spoken the same
Language, and made no Change
in our Words or Conduct.

After which a venerable
old woman, on behalf of her-
self and Sisters, observed in
substance, That it was not
common for their women
to speak in Council; but
that they were very glad
to hear our good Words, and
heartily thanked us.
