after our Goods, and to wait
on some man in that Neigh-
bourhood, to whom we had a
Letter of Credit, whilst the
Remainder of our Company
concluded to make themselves
better acquainted with the Situ-
ation and Circumstances of
these people, by paying
them a friendly Visit in
their Cottages; in which
Service the Remainder
of this Day was employed, to
