Onondaga March the 13, 1819

This Certifies that I have visited the Indiuns
at the Onandaga Castle

and instructed there
and was much pleased with their indusry
and ingenuity and am firmly convinced that if
they ware sutiably furnished with an instructer
that in a very short time they would learn
comfort in manufacturing cloth and other
materials for domestic use
